  1. Good Morning Gentlemen:

I listed to podcast #9 this morning and the end of the podcast was very moving. I wish every American was aware of the costs of war and the toll it takes on the men and women who serve.

My father was a World War II Veteran (pilot) and when I was very young – and feeling very bold – I asked him if he believed in God. (In hindsight, I still can’t I believe I was bold enough to ask him that question.) Men of his era did not speak of religion or discuss emotions, but I wanted to know if my father believed in God.

His reply was with a war story, as many responses were, and although it has been over 30 years since he answered my question, I have never forgotten his response:

“There are many men who say they don’t believe in God, but when planes were being shot down, the last words I heard a lot were “Oh my God, oh my God.”

Fortunately, my father survived World War II and I realized latter in life, that the war always remained with him. The sacrifices made by those before us should never be forgotten.

Thank you for reminding me that not one moment of life should be spent in sadness or regret. Every moment is truly precious and your positive messages cast a ripple effect in the never ending motion of life.

  2. Thank you for reminding the world what really matters. What your doing is so important. Thank you for everything you’ve done and are doing.

Your home gym is LEGIT. I think sandbags, slam balls and a box would be good additions to any gym. They don’t take a lot of space and offer plenty of options for creativity.

Thanks for being an awesome person!
