    1. My point by mentioning Guns, Germs and Steel is that there was a lot more to it than mere military history, or weakening of the native people’s warrior spirit, surrendering their guns, etc.

Jocko, just listened to this podcast, I love the perspective from the Native American standpoint; very informative to hear the opposing perspective and gain insight into how the Indians were treated and see firsthand what a warrior culture they truly were. Jocko you truly inspire all to be better, stronger and enlightened versions of themselves!
