CANT WAIT TO SEE THE FULL INTERVIEW!
Dear Mr. Jocko,
Thank you very much for bringing these two awsome men on your podcast. What an amazing story of courage and valor. I woke up at 0200 today to commute to Long Beach from the High Desert and got got home from work at 1730. When I got home I could hear my daughter laughing and playing in the back yard. I thought my day had sucked. Then I heard Frenchman and Tilt’s stories. It made me almost cry to know that they might not have ever heard their own daughters laughter had they not made it back. Or that Tilt’s mom would never see her little boy again. Please extend my biggest thanks to those two gentlemen from a proud Navy family who’s son stands the watch. Respectfully, Pete Macen.
Jocko,
Thank you for bringing warriors like this to your podcast. It helps me remember why I am free and to live every day in a way that honors their sacrifice.
Again…thank you.
Men of honor as yourself, thank you and them for everything you do and have done
I like to thank you for having these American Hero’s on your PODCAST. I have the honor and privilege to know many of these guys. I attend SOAR every year. I can’t get enough of the stories of these extraordinary men. My Father was SOG as well. Stated in the Army at 15 ½ with the 11th ABN. During Korea was with 8240th UNPIK, CCRACK. Korean Special Operations. Later SF medic Vietnam 1962, then MACV SOG 1965 to 1970. His story can be found on my web site. Thank you for the Podcast. I recommend everyone to get Across the Fence and all the other books regarding SOG.
