Dude, can we not download the episode 269? I’ve always downloaded instead of streaming.
Just fixed it. Good to go.
Whoa when did this happen?!? I always download too
Good to go now.
Same I always download also. That stinks.
Good to go now.
iv’e downloaded it
Excellent, as always. The discussion about tyrannical leaders in the military was spot on. Unfortunately, it can be found in the civilian world, as well. Great advice, great info, and another great podcast.
If you’re on a computer, right click and “view page source”. Then do a search for .mp3. There should be only one mp3 file there and it’s the podcast file to download. Just click on that to download.
Good looking out C, I always download them too.
Thanks! I download them, too..
You’re a lifesaver C!!
I’ve listened to this podcast 3 times…..it is gut wrenching in so many ways….. not only in the way the Marine Corp manual mischaracterized the tough little sergeant that survived the battle……he was used as a bad example of how an NCO acted during a major battle……unbelievable. He was set up by his leadership and did the best he could to survive. I felt terrible for the his captain that didn’t want to separate the company but was given a direct order by his superior to do so…..he did his best to get back to the guys that were left behind to be ambushed…..It broke my heart to hear that he ended up becoming an alcoholic and committing suicide……I was deeply touched by the poem that Jocko read that was written by the dead journalists wife ……And finally I was totally impressed by EC, Jocko and Dave as they held together at the end of this gut wrenching story to be there for each other each other and to end the podcast in a positive matter.
Stay on the path….What you do with your life matters!!!! God bless you guys
