The truth about how your body expels heat through the feet/palms is something I had never heard from football to the Army to hiking. Always was “throw the blanket on the thermostat” of the neck. Everybody should know this as it just might save your life.
The five plus hours felt like 30 minutes. After 33 years in the military I’ve got a bunch of ‘issues’ and this podcast provided insights into a lot of them. Thank you.

This is a great podcast! I have been taking notes for several reasons. Primarily enjoying this as my son is high functioning Asperger but is really struggling with motivation. He is nearly failing school, poor sleep, awful sleep schedule, and wants to online game and watch You Tube, Twitch, etc. constantly. We have tried therapy and several medications, but there is nothing on the market to assist him in gaining concentration. I have shared some of what I learned about his cortisol pulse and ascidium rhythm with him. I plan on telling him something new everyday to hopefully gain his interest. He is nearly 18 and I have a lot of work to do to get him to be productive. Thank you again for this information. Also, as a police officer, I know all about the random intermittent reward! Thanks again.
