It seems that suffering is not a bottomless pit afterall and that it has an end.
I wonder if Mr. Willink could talk himself out of the pain he was experiencing, if others could do the same… perhaps in this podcast. There are many people who could use one person’s curse to change perspective on their own suffering.
Btw.: Considering there is about 20000hours of Mr.Willink talking and that a working day has about 12 hours …. Mr.Willink was on constant rant in our heads for half a year! 😀
Cheers. Tomas Ditrich
Typo. 2000 … not 20.000 🙂

I am impressed by Jocko’s constant emphasis that choosing to live and choose to lead is a conscious decision we must make every day.
Congratulations to Jocko Podcast on its 500th episode! The theme ‘We Choose to Live’ is perfectly chosen—it feels like both a warm summary of previous content and a spiritual gift for the audience. I look forward to hearing more thoughts and shares on ‘how to proactively embrace life’ in the episode~
The 500th podcast episode focusing on ‘choosing to live’—this attitude of facing difficulties head-on and taking initiative to control one’s life is so touching!
