Having read Extreme Ownership and The Dichotomy of Leadership (I really appreciate those books), I’m already looking forward to this new book! Episodes 210 & 211 have been intriguing.
QUESTION: Have you read “Turn the Ship Around” by L. David Marquet (as well as the workbook maybe)? If so, what are your thoughts on it (the principles, the approach, etc.)?
