I love this saying, your body is not a rental car. It has a lot of deep meaning in it
Health is everything, and our body should be our first priority.
I’ve definitely noticed that knees got much worse in last decade among younger folks(pretty much half of the people at my gym have some sort of knee problem). I’d say lower back and shoulders are 2nd and 3rd issue overall, especially once people start to hitting their 30s and 40s.
