I heard about the tragedy in Lewiston, I hope none of you are affected. I just donated a few to the Mike Warhorse Ranch. Whoever hears the voices in their heads … they are not echoes of your fallen friends! Your true friends wouldn’t want you to kill the same people you went to war for protecting tham.

It’s so important for people who are not alcoholics to voice these truths about the effects of this substance. You don’t have to be a problem drinker do you have alcohol affect you adversely. Alcohol is an addictive depressant, and even in moderation that is not a good thing to consume. It is linked to all kinds of cancer and other adverse health effects as well. You don’t have to be an addict to opt out. Loved this podcast!
This podcast is fantastic! I really enjoyed it ! Great job Echo and Jocko!
I actually found this podcast episode after talking to my family about my alcohol problem, because i been quitting off and on for the past 5 years. It would only stick for a couple of months and then something would trigger and i would hop back on. All the half measures that y’all named in the episode I went through, like quitting in a couple of days or just having one drink. It also helps that you started with Henry Rollins and I look up to him as a great role model. I wasted a lot of money and time on drinking as a numbing agent and I am going to do better.
Many people give other aspects of their lives insufficient effort and are unaware that they are playing many games. Frequently, people are not giving that game their all because of their families.
Alcohol really is a bad substance when not taken in moderation. Too much of it can really prove disastrous most of the time. Hoping that more people would be more responsible when consuming alcohol. This is so sad.
Excessive consumption of alcohol is undoubtedly harmful and often leads to tragic outcomes. It is essential that individuals exercise greater responsibility and moderation in their drinking habits. The consequences of not doing so are deeply distressing.
Drinking too much alcohol can cause serious problems and even tragedies. It’s important for everyone to drink responsibly and not overdo it. The results can be really sad if people don’t.
