ALEX HONNOLD is a professional adventure rock climber whose audacious free-solo ascents of America’s biggest cliffs have made him one of the most recognized and followed climbers in the world. A gifted but hard-working athlete, Alex “No Big Deal” Honnold is known as much for his humble, self-effacing attitude as he is for the dizzyingly tall cliffs he has climbed without a rope to protect him if he falls. Honnold has been profiled by 60 Minutes and the New York Times, featured on the cover of National Geographic, appeared in international television commercials and starred in numerous adventure films including the Emmy-nominated “Alone on the Wall.”
Honnold is sponsored by The North Face, Black Diamond, La Sportiva, Ando and Stride Health and is a board member of El Cap Climbing Gyms. He is the founder of the Honnold Foundation, an environmental non-profit. And to this day, he maintains his simple “dirtbag-climber” existence, living out of his van and traveling the world in search of the next great vertical adventure.

Dear Jocko
I’m sure you know two SEALs on a mission off Somalia are missing.
Due to rough seas, one fell into the water and the second’s only thought in life was to go in after him.
The reality of how you, your fellow SEALs, and countless others have lived as teammates and served our country .
Thank you
Jocko,
Am I mistaking or did episode 420 change? I started listening and I thought you had had your fellow SEAL from Kansas, who was a graduate from the Naval academy, as your guest. You guys were discussing his deployments and we’re working up to his catastrophic battlefield injuries from an IED. “How bad is it? Real bad. How bad is real bad?”
Don’t blow off lotion
With cancer patients in particular who have had lymph nodes removed
They can get lymphadema where there legd can swell up like tree trunks
Without lotion the skin can split leaving nasty wounds
Lotion to the rescue

The intriguing game We Become What We Behold delves on the significant influence of media on the daily awareness of humans in a little amount of time. Reports in the news will pique people’s interest and lead them to follow the news.
Honnold is a typical example of turning crazy things into reality. He has proven that with determination and effort, anything is possible.
