Hello! Just wanted to let you know that I think you are talking about great things and you have helped me change my life. You have given me great “mind-tools” to help me deal with my severe anxiety around sickness, health, and death. Keep up the great work!
What was the name of the YouTube video you recommend watching in this podcast?
Jocko,
I am a commander at a police department with more than 20 years of experince. I have supervisors with close to or as much time as me. They all know how to do the job. How do I inspire them? I talk the talk and walk the walk, I verbally encourage them , I support them and give them the tools and training to succeed. but I still get sub par performance. Need your help and thank you for service and support of the LEO community
